Before your next step

A few useful answers.

Are treatments and lab testing available in my state?

We have coverage in all 50 states. PURVUE offers treatment services and lab testing nationwide. Individual treatment and testing options depend on clinical review and applicable state requirements. For virtual care, your clinician must be licensed or otherwise authorized to provide care in the state where you are physically located during your clinical appointment.

Should I start with Foundations or a hormone panel?

Foundations covers a broader group of testing areas. The focused hormone panels have their own selected tests. Compare the exact lists and discuss your goals and health history with a clinician when deciding what is appropriate.

Are additional panels included with my main panel?

No. They are separate testing options. Confirm the selected panel, collection arrangements and what is included before ordering.

Is a follow-up panel the same as an initial hormone panel?

No. Follow-up panels are different test combinations intended for monitoring within an existing care plan. Your clinician can explain which tests are appropriate and when.

Can I see the full tests without opening another page?

Yes. Open “See included tests” on an additional panel card. The four main panels also have dedicated pages with their full lists.
