Return, Refund and Subscription Policy
Updated
This policy applies to purchases made through the Service and is part of our Terms and Conditions. The amount, billing frequency, included services, and any fees are disclosed before you complete a purchase. The terms shown for your particular purchase and any rights required by law also apply.

Prescription medication returns
Prescription medications that have been dispensed or shipped cannot be returned for reuse or resale. We do not accept routine returns or exchanges of those medications. This does not remove any right to a refund or other remedy required by law or for an incorrect, damaged, or unfulfilled order.
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged shipment, or believe there is a dispensing or shipping error, contact support@purvuehealth.com promptly with your order number. Keep the packaging and follow your pharmacy's instructions. Do not use a product you believe is incorrect or unsafe, and do not mail medication back without instructions from the dispensing pharmacy.
Subscriptions and automatic renewal
When a recurring plan is offered, we disclose its price, renewal frequency, included services, cancellation method, and applicable taxes, shipping, and service fees before enrollment. You must affirmatively agree to recurring charges; accepting general website terms alone does not enroll you in a subscription.
- Your plan renews at the billing interval you select until you cancel
- Renewals are charged to the payment method you authorize at the price disclosed for that billing cycle
- A recurring prescription still requires a valid prescription and any follow-up your Provider determines is necessary
One-time purchases do not automatically become subscriptions. Material price or plan changes are communicated in advance and apply to future cycles, subject to any notice or consent required by law.
Cancellation
You can cancel future renewals through the cancellation option in your patient portal or by emailing support@purvuehealth.com. Cancel before your next billing date to prevent the next renewal. There is no separate cancellation fee, and you do not need to provide a reason to cancel.
Canceling future renewals does not automatically cancel a current order or services already provided. If you also need to stop a current order, contact us as soon as possible. We will explain whether provider review, laboratory work, or pharmacy processing has already started and what can still be canceled. An order may not be stoppable after medication has been dispensed or shipped.
A charge already made is reviewed under the refund rules below. A processed charge does not eliminate any remedy required by law, including for a charge taken after an effective cancellation. We confirm a cancellation through your account or by email; if you do not receive confirmation, contact support.
Refunds
If your Provider decides not to prescribe, or your medication order cannot be fulfilled, any charge for medication that will not be dispensed is refundable. A separately disclosed consultation, laboratory, or other service fee may remain payable for a service already provided, to the extent permitted by law. We explain any such fee before the purchase.
We also review duplicate or incorrect charges, charges made after an effective cancellation, incorrect or damaged orders, and other circumstances requiring a remedy under applicable law. Routine refunds for correctly dispensed or shipped medication are generally not available.
To request a review, contact support@purvuehealth.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Do not email full payment-card details or medical records. If a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method unless another method is required by law or agreed with you. We confirm the decision; the time for a credit to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy or a recurring plan's pricing from time to time. We provide notice of material changes before they affect future billing cycles, and obtain any consent required by law. Changes do not retroactively remove an accrued right or apply a new price to an order you already paid for.
