Quick answers 7
Are treatments and lab testing available in my state?
We have coverage in all 50 states. PURVUE offers treatment services and lab testing nationwide. Individual treatment and testing options depend on clinical review and applicable state requirements. For virtual care, your clinician must be licensed or otherwise authorized to provide care in the state where you are physically located during your clinical appointment.
Will I need bloodwork or a telehealth call?
A clinician determines what information is needed for your care. Review may begin with a questionnaire; additional testing or a conversation may be requested based on your health history.
How long does clinician review take?
Review time depends on the treatment, your health history and whether the clinician needs additional information. Check the hosted care experience or contact your care team for timing specific to your visit.
Does completing intake guarantee a prescription?
No. A clinician reviews the information required for the path and determines whether treatment is appropriate. Completing a questionnaire or payment does not guarantee a prescription.
When does payment happen?
Product-specific visit details, pricing and payment terms are shown in the hosted GEN Health experience. Review the applicable terms before submitting. Completing intake or making a payment does not guarantee a prescription. See our returns policy.
Where do I go for follow-up care?
Existing patients can return to the hosted patient portal for follow-up and account access.

- Ask how to share your health history and current medications securely through the clinical platform.
- Ask about possible next steps, alternatives, costs and follow-up before deciding.
What to ask about a treatmentLook beyond a product name. Understand the evidence, the practical details, and the decisions that require clinical review.
- What evidence supports this particular treatment, and what remains uncertain?
- What are the risks and alternatives in the context of your history?
- What formulation, source, costs and support would be included if treatment is appropriate?
