This page describes how Purvue Health handles information collected through this pre-launch website and founding list.
What we collect
When you join the founding list, we collect the first name, last name, email address, and state you submit. We also record where on the page you signed up, when you enrolled, and your association with the founding-list offer.
This pre-launch form does not collect medical histories, symptoms, lab results, payment details, or other treatment information. We do not use advertising trackers on this page.
How we use it
We use this information to manage the founding list, send a few pre-launch and launch emails, provide details about the free personalized longevity assessment offer, understand where launch interest comes from, and communicate service availability. The assessment is offered to founding-list members before launch and remains subject to availability and final offer terms.
Who processes it
Waitlist emails are stored and sent through Klaviyo, our email service provider, and this website is hosted on Vercel. Both process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments. We do not sell or rent your email address to anyone.
Your choices
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the waitlist. You can also request removal at any time by contacting us at the address below.
Retention
We keep founding-list information through the launch period and as needed to administer the offer. We remove addresses from marketing communications when they unsubscribe.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes ahead of launch, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
